Services Provided
We offer domestic cleaning services including regular cleans, one-off cleans, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and holiday let/Airbnb cleans. All services are carried out by a two-person team.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
If the condition of the property differs significantly, we reserve the right to adjust the final price. This will always be discussed with the client before proceeding.
Access to Property
​The client must ensure we have access to the property at the agreed time.
If we are unable to gain access, the full cleaning fee may still be charged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of the clean unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if payment is not received. Late payments may incur an additional fee.
Condition of Property
Please ensure the property is in a safe and reasonable condition for cleaning.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a job if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Damage & Liability
We take great care in our work; however, accidents can occasionally happen.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the clean. We are fully insured and will assess and resolve any valid claims appropriately.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will aim to resolve the issue where possible.
Photos & Social Media
We may occasionally take before-and-after photos or videos of our work for marketing purposes.
No personal or identifying items will be included.
Permission will always be requested in advance, and clients may decline at any time.
Information & Data
We collect and store customer contact details and booking information for the purpose of providing our cleaning services. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for standard cleaning services and 48 hours’ notice for deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans.
Cancellations made with less notice may incur the following charges:

Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 50% of the booking fee

Same-day cancellations or no access: up to 100% of the booking fee
We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we will always aim to be fair where possible.
Late Payments
Payment is due on the day of the clean unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a fee of £10 if not received within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to decline future bookings until outstanding balances are settled.
