We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to be flexible.
However, for late cancellations (within 24 hours of the booking), a fee may apply. For larger bookings such as deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans, deposits are non-refundable if cancelled at short notice.
We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
No! We bring all cleaning products and equipment needed for the clean, using eco-conscious, non-toxic products wherever possible.
We do ask that you provide a working vacuum cleaner, as this helps us work more efficiently and ensures we are using the most suitable equipment for your home. However a vacuum can be provided if needed
